Where are you located and what do you export?

We are headquartered in Kerala, India, and export agricultural produce — primarily spices (cardamom, pepper, turmeric, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon), coconuts (whole, tender, desiccated, oil) and rice (matta, ponni, basmati) — to wholesalers, importers and retail private-label clients across 20+ countries.

Do you only work with B2B buyers?

Yes. We supply wholesalers, importers, retail chains and HoReCa procurement teams. We do not run an e-commerce store and do not ship single retail units.

Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We send paid samples worldwide via courier; sample fee is adjusted against your first commercial order. Send a sample request through the enquiry form and a representative will reply within 24 hours.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product — typically 200–500 kg for spices, 1 ton for desiccated coconut and oil, 1 × 20'/40' reefer for fresh coconut, and 5–10 tons for rice. Exact MOQs are listed on each product page.

Can I customise packaging for my brand?

Yes. We offer private-label packaging for desiccated coconut, virgin coconut oil, rice and ground spices. Provide your brand artwork and target SKU sizes and we will return a costed proposal.

How long does the quotation process take?

We acknowledge every enquiry within 24 hours. Once you confirm specifications and quantities, a binding offer with current FOB / CIF pricing is issued within 2–3 working days.

Which Incoterms do you support?

Accepted Answer

FOB Cochin / Tuticorin and CIF / CFR to most major ports. EXW and DAP are available for select destinations on request.

How long is the typical shipment?

Production lead time is 10–25 days depending on the product. Sea transit is 14–35 days based on destination. Air freight on samples / urgent shipments takes 5–7 working days.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms are 30% advance with PI, balance against scanned BL. Established buyers can negotiate L/C at sight. We do not accept cash-on-delivery or credit card payments for bulk orders.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

USD, EUR, GBP and AED. INR for domestic transactions only.

What certifications do you hold?

FSSAI (food safety), APEDA (export registration), Spices Board of India, and ISO 22000 across our partner processing facilities. Lot-level COA, phytosanitary certificate, and certificate of origin are issued with every shipment.

Selected SKUs (turmeric, black pepper, virgin coconut oil, matta rice) are available with India Organic / NPOP and EU / USDA-NOP certification subject to MOQ. Mention your certification requirement in the enquiry form.
